About the Workout

Welcome to MAC Fitness! We have combined elements of our Strength, Foundation and Endurance programs all rolled into one awesome workout. We start out by coaching you through the warmup and fundamental strength movements, and we finish up with a timed bodyweight challenge to keep that heart rate high! The 'Welcome Workout' is here to show how we operate, how we educate and most importantly - how YOU will succeed!
