Full body strength and conditioning classes designed for beginners. Reduced intensity and increased explanation compared to MAC Strength. Overall structure of classes will remain fairly consistent to allow adequate skill development.
Circuit-style training using a combination of resistance training (1-2 weights) and bodyweight exercises.
