Full body strength and conditioning classes. Overall structure of classes will vary, but will always prioritize a combination of resistance training and bodyweight exercises to improve movement quality, increase strength and keep the heart rate high. Circuit-style training using weights, bands and sliders.

Recommended Equipment

  

  • 1-2 light-moderate dumbbells (10-20 lbs) 

  • Power bands (light to moderate) 

  • Loop bands (light to moderate)
